David rescues a disturbed young man from an assault, only to discover that the deranged fellow is planning to kill a politician who was a war hero in the Vietnam war.

Comments: Nice work for this point in the INCREDIBLE HULK's numbered days in prime-time. The producers do a particularly good job portraying the psychosis of the sniper. The twist ending is a pleasant surprise too. Paul Koslo plays a more intriguing character here than he did in "Long Run Home." 3 Stars
