In this Oliver Twist-type tale, David becomes mixed into a scheme involving pick-pocketing orphans and their evil leader. Comments: What the heck happened to the episodes in this part of the season? They're all so boring. This one Which was ferringo second one as director following the disterous Babalao tries to tug at the heart strings by having David try to help the orphans with their dilemma but it fails compared to many stronger Hulk episodes of this type.
