Bill Bixby (b. January 22, 1934 - November 21, 1993) was a California born actor who played David Banner in The Incredible Hulk television series. Bixby was also a television director and a frequent game show panelist.
He later played the role in three television moves: The Incredible Hulk Returns, The Trial of the Incredible Hulk, and The Death of the Incredible Hulk. Bixby died on November 21, 1993 from prostate cancer.
